appeal against the OU Waake inserted
On 03/10/2009, the citizen initiative "No OU Waake eV" loaded with two small-Saxon nature conservation appeal against the decision of the Higher Administrative Court of Lüneburg to local bypass Waake. This action was dismissed at first instance in November 2008.
"The justification for this rejection is not in the Higher Administrative Court in crucial portions recent decisions of the Federal Administrative Court considered appropriate, so that these aspects are carried forward through the newly introduced review procedures to the Federal Administrative Court," the first Chairman of the Citizens' Initiative Dr. Oliver Trisl. Because of this step, the plan approval procedure will still only provisional.
