Göttingen's member of parliament declared the response of the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Affairs on his request to bypass Waake: black-yellow red-green is right. The federal government confirmed in an answer to my question, that is for the bypass Waake no urgent requirement. Only with the help of the recovery plan I could start here, according to statements of the Ministry in March with the construction. It started with a completion even though it was clearly assumed the expiry of the economic program. Now no more money is there. From the response to the request stating that after "a large number could be initiated by federal highway projects, accordingly, the federal highway construction in the area had the nation-wide financial conditions to be adjusted.
